Rich of its long experience in the field of construction of GSM (Global system for Mobile communications), installation of TELECOM equipment and by its compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements, HAYATCOM has surrounded itself with all the factors allowing it to give full satisfaction to its customers and interested parties and to be a leader in its activity in the local market.

With this in mind, HAYATCOM has implemented an Integrated Quality, Safety and Environment Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 version 2015, ISO 45001 version 2018 and ISO 14001 version 2015.

To this end, and in my capacity as Managing Director of HAYATCOM, I undertake to implement a policy based on the principles of meeting applicable requirements, continuous improvement, environmental protection, prevention of bodily injury and injury to health and compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements relating to environmental aspects and risks in terms of OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) and protection of reprisals against workers who report adverse events, hazards, risks and opportunities, with the following objectives in mind:

• Measure and increase our customers' satisfaction and ensure that their relevant requirements are met;
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Integrated Management System processes;
• Reduce costs and optimize resources;
• Develop the skills and master the knowledge necessary for the effective implementation of processes;
• Promote prevention and protection of the environment.
• To ensure a better management of the waste generated by our activity and optimize the use of natural resources.
• Promote a healthy workplace by reducing the safety risks associated with our activities;
• Promote actions promoting the development of export activities, particularly the African market.

To achieve this, I am committed to putting in place all the resources and skills necessary to achieve these objectives that all staff are required to apply.

We formulate our full and total commitment so that this policy is understood, maintained, reviewed (during management reviews), and applied by all the company’s staff in strict compliance with the rules of the Quality Integrated Management System, Safety and Established Environment.
