HAYATCOM TUNISIA has more than 120 employees of which 85% constitute the technical department Over the years, HAYATCOM TUNISIA has built a highly qualified and certified technical staff in the fields of project management & supervision, study & engineering in civil engineering and telecom, Construction civil engineering, Installation and commissioning of radio & transmission equipment FH & Fibre Optics and Quality Control….

The technical staff of HAYATCOM TUNISIA is composed of highly qualified and versatile technicians and certified engineers & consultants with extensive technical knowledge, Project management skills and years of national and international experience.

In order to maintain the technical level of our engineers and technicians at the highest level and to be at the cutting edge of technologies to serve and satisfy the needs of our customers, our technical staff regularly undergo training in all the technical skills of our business:

  • project management
  • Installation and commissioning of radio equipment (BTS, NodeB, BSC & BSS of all types of generation (Our technicians are certified with Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE and Nokia)
  • Installation and commissioning of FH Transmission Equipment of any diameter (PDH/SDH) (Our technicians are certified with Huawei, Ericsson and NEC)
  • Installation and commissioning of Data Transmission Equipment
  • Engineering, connection and optical measures&OTDR of Fibre Optic networks

Also, all our technical staff is trained on Work in heights, electrical handling and First help.

  • RPFO2 approval: Construction, Installation and Maintenance of public wired and optical networks (Category2)
  • ISTF2 Accreditation: Integration of Wireline and Optical Communications Services (Category2)
  • RPR2 approval: Construction, Installation, Maintenance and Verification of Public Radio Networks (Category2)
  • ISTR2 Accreditation: Radio Communications Integration (Category2)
